1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReelsOnclick's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

ReelsOnclick provides professional event videography and reel creation services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Wedding and event videography
• Short-form video content creation (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Corporate event coverage
• Social media video production
• Video editing and post-production

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we receive a deposit payment and send written confirmation.

3.2 Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment methods as communicated during booking.

3.4 Additional Costs: Travel, accommodation, and any additional equipment requirements will be communicated and agreed upon before the event.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before event: 80% refund of deposit
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund

4.2 Our Cancellation: If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.

5. Deliverables and Timeline

5.1 Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 7-14 business days after the event, depending on the package selected.

5.2 Revisions: Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged separately.

5.3 File Storage: We retain all raw footage and final deliverables for 30 days after delivery. Extended storage is available upon request.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

6.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered content for personal and promotional purposes.

6.2 Portfolio Rights: We retain the right to use the content in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6.3 Commercial Use: For commercial use beyond personal promotion, additional licensing may be required.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate event details and timelines
• Ensure our team has necessary access to filming locations
• Obtain necessary permissions for filming at private venues
• Communicate any restrictions or special requirements in advance
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Equipment Failure: While we take precautions, we are not liable for equipment failure or technical issues beyond our control. We use backup equipment to minimize risks.

8.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with Indian law, with Hyderabad as the jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
